How do I become a coach?
We are always looking for talented, US based Coaches to join our community. Ideal candidates are ICF certified, have coached a minimum of 100 people, and are passionate about improving the world of work. Other candidates will be considered but if you have coached less than 50 people, have only coached people as a part of your full-time job, or are a life or health coach, your application will be automatically declined.
This is a 1099, part time role that can’t guarantee a set number of clients every month. This is best suited for coaches who are looking to supplement their own private practices, not those looking for full-time jobs.

Step 4 - Coach Training
We’ll connect you with one of our Coach Trainers for you to learn HireClub Coaching methods and get your first booking!
Step 5 - Start Coaching!
After your training is complete, you can then start coaching.
